As human beings, the most important thing in our life is our relationships. The relationship between a client and a coach can change your life. Having someone holding you accountable — motivating and supporting you every step along your path to your goals — can be the difference between success and failure.

The first step is to set up your first free consultation with me. Prior to the consultation please fill out a health history form. This form will provide an overview of your health concerns and goals. During your consultation we will go over your health history and determine if your concerns/goals fit into the scope of my practice. This consultation will also give us a chance to see if we are good fit to work together.

What to expect when working with me:

  1. One-on-one sessions (one hour in length) -
    Sessions via phone, video chat, or in person.

  2. A thorough determination of your goals and set Action Plan.

  3. Guidance, support, and accountability while achieving your goals.

  4. Client-initiated email support, as needed.

 
 

Pantry Makeovers and Supermarket Tours work great as a pair. I recommend the pantry makeover first followed by the supermarket tour. By doing them in this order, it will give me a clearer picture of your home kitchen, food-storage capabilities, what you already have that is working, and where we can improve. After the pantry makeover, we will head to the supermarket with a personalized action plan for you.
