As human beings, the most important thing in our life is our relationships. The relationship between a client and a coach can change your life. Having someone holding you accountable — motivating and supporting you every step along your path to your goals — can be the difference between success and failure.
The first step is to set up your first free consultation with me. Prior to the consultation please fill out a health history form. This form will provide an overview of your health concerns and goals. During your consultation we will go over your health history and determine if your concerns/goals fit into the scope of my practice. This consultation will also give us a chance to see if we are good fit to work together.
What to expect when working with me:
One-on-one sessions (one hour in length) -
Sessions via phone, video chat, or in person.
A thorough determination of your goals and set Action Plan.
Guidance, support, and accountability while achieving your goals.
Client-initiated email support, as needed.
We will visit a local supermarket of your choice (where you feel you’re in your element). Together, we will navigate the store, finding healthy options for things you like done better. Gain confidence to find healthy foods you love eating with ease.
The food you keep in your space shapes the decisions you make about the food you eat. Think: out of sight, out of mind and body! Create a healthy food supply at home. An organized and planned home environment can make your healthy lifestyle choices quick and easy.
